Platforms We operate two platforms basically , the SpaceWeb and the FlexIP platforms. SpaceWeb is our regular Shared platform with an iDirect Hub and the FlexIP(Dynamic SCPC) runs the Comtech Vipersat platform. See attached for more details.

Certification

In order to become a certified Mach6 dealer at least two of your staff members have to follow a three day training course on all commercial and technical aspects of our solutions. One Commercial training and one Technical engineer’s training are given. That’s why two employees are necessary. Both trainings are held at the same time. The Technical engineers training includes programming and installing satellite hardware for which a basic IP knowledge is mandatory. The Commercial training includes all our solutions and internal affairs company wise. The training takes place at our head office in Emmeloord, the Netherlands or at our Teleport in Rugby UK.. The training itself is free of charge. Only the expenses (travel, lodgings and food) are at your own expense. To become a dealer a purchase of at least two hardware terminals and the purchase of a hardware installation kit is obligatory.
