VSAT Access in West Africa

It is common to find providers offering services on proprietary solutions that ties down customers to them. Thus if they have any problem, customers have to wait out the problem not withstanding that the customers are losing out.
If you are buying VSAT solution, make sure that youare buying a non-proprietary solution that can allow youto move from a non-performing provider to a more fruitful one so as to save your business.
I am a living witness to the collapse of my Internet Cafes due to a the collapse of a PCI card solution of a prominent provider in Nigeria and some parts of West Africa who had to change his IDU and customers had to pay extra.
CAUTION is needed when you want to buy VSAT equipment as the Western world see Africa as a jewel now inthose terms and our goverments are not helping matters.

Totally agree with you. More and more people in Africa will have to understand the difference between quality of service (at reasonable price) and garbage service that is worth nothing. Take some time and check their web site at www.lcninc.com

Send them a RFQ at sales@lcninc.com - Attn: GT
