We've swapped out several customers from the DW7000's and HN7000S Ku Band systems to the HN9000 Ka Band system, (only at the customers' request and insisting) and several have lost their Skype capabilities, a couple others have lost their magic jack capabilities, and another we just did today can no longer connect to the VPN they were connecting to with their DW7000 prior to the HN9000 installation. Just food for thought since it doesn't seem like you ever hear that side of the story in all of the HN9000 marketing and hype!
