How can I apply for an account for internet service in Belize
My location is:

88°23'11.28"W

I do not know of any company that will provide a new account service to a 4000 series product.
You will need to purchase a Hughesnet 7000s modem and rx/tx.
I can advise what you need for equipment and service.
