Satellite Internet Puerto Rico

Great work on this useful forum and thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I'd like to establish residential-grade Internet access at my place in Rincon, Puerto Rico (west end of the island) and I'm wondering if anyone here has any first hand experience.

My initial Googling suggests that both StarBand and DirecWay support in the area and the prices look similar. SB is a little cheaper and a little slower and the company appears a lot smaller.

Some questions:

- Anyone using Sat in that area?
- Comparisons between SB & DW?
- Any other providers I should consider.

Cheers,
-Bill

Bill,

Direcway works fine in Puerto Rico. I have a system running nearby in the Virgin Islands. I can email you additional information and a quotation if you like.
