satellite broadband in China?

Can anyone tell me how to receive satellite broadband in China? What would my setup have to be to receive a signal in Shanghai? Does anyone know about Speedcast?

Did you ever find a broadband connection in Shanghai.  We have a manufacturing facility there and are looking for a low latency connection back to the US.  I know satellite will probably not help but thought I would check into it.

I would like to find a service that provides 300ms or less latency.
