Satellite TV and Internet services in St. Elizabeth Jamaica

My In laws live in St. Elizabeth Jamaica and do not have telecomm access in
their area. They only have electricity. I would like to find out more information on
a solution to provide them Satellite TV and Internet services. What would be the
total cost for equipment, shipping costs to Jamaica and how much would the cost be
monthly for internet services? I know my inlaws neighbor uses an FTA Viewsat Extreme
and can only pick up a DN signal with a 1.2 M dish.
