Sat interenet service for NGO located in DR Congo (Mbandaka)

Postby ctshiteya » Sun Aug 16, 2009 12:09 am

I have a VSAT running since a month provided by IWAYAFRICA. Unfortunately for me, I'm not
satisfied with their service. I'm president of a NGO located in DR Congo (Mbandaka)

Here is specifications of equipment I have :

Size of antenna : 1.20 m
BUC: 2 Watts
LNB: NJR*****
The bandwidth: KU BAND SHARED
Modem: HN7740S

Location :
Latitude : 0° 3' 0'' N 0.05°
Longitude : 18° 16' 0'' E 18.266667°
Country : CONGO DRC

Please advice is it possible to switch from IWAYAFRICA (AFSAT) with this
configuration and also let me know more about your offer (price, ...)
With best regards.

You would need to upgrade the electronics. The cost will be around $3,800. Also most likely your satellite antenna (dish) need to be realigned to point to different satellite.
