The most popular satellite service in Pakistan is a broadband two-way satellite transfer system (VSAT), which provides quality access to the internet in even the least accessible areas of Pakistan.

Pakistan: IP Routing via satellite ?

Postby sajee » Sun Aug 20, 2006 12:39 pm

I need Satellite downlink for my internet cafe and city wide WiFi project in Pakistan's City Chakwaal. but the problem is that ISPs in islamabad are unable to set satelite IP to route. I have taken 3 days demo from satelite operator but ISPs are unable to route it. Can u tell me is there any other way of using Satellite downlink without IP routing at ISP side, other than Opensky. I will appreciate your suggestions.

We have sold above 50 mb of internet bandwidth all over Pakistan , including Islamabad and Peshawar. There is no issue in IP routing for the ISP. If you are still interested in the IVS solution contact me on ( asad@compucity.com.pk ) and we will help you sort your problem at the ISP end plus good pricing on the DVB-IP 1 way services package of your need.
