After my satellite was re-pointed nothing but problems. I have a Starband 360 satellite internet system.

Signal is generally over 9, but while using internet the icon goes from green to black and message satellite modem disconnected. I have to reboot the modem to get it to come back on. Already tried reinstalling Starband on advice of technical support, but it didn't help. Any ideas or suggestion? This is really very frustrating. Thanks for any ...

Skyfx satellite - No signal today - or is it just mine that's down ?

Need help with Starband trying to make it work with Wii game. Ran through router did not work. Ran wire to modem still not work. Called Starband no help. Called Wii and no help. :(

Former starconnect user looking for a modem to use with skyfx. Even an f20 that can be sent in and reprogrammed I believe would work.

Now that I am getting an OK download rate (350-450K) I noticed that https sites (ebay, amazon,...) appear to be extra slow - to the point they usually time out.

Also a VPN connect to my work was very slow (a 5M download took 50 minutes).

I am also working with skyfx on it but was curious if others have noticed this or dealt with it before. On the VPN issue they recommended I ask ...
