Hello everyobody. I have a problem with Nera satlink3000 BUC.

Terminal shows this error message: ODU PLL lock lost.

I will be pleased if somebody help me on this problem. Do you think that the ODU get problem? And soud I change the BUC in this case? Thanks.  

Bought this Nera equipment from a Company S&W communications last year after they sold me on the idea it will be the biggest thing ever. I bought the equipment, shipped them to a South American country and from the jump of getting the thing set up, S&W had a load of excuse upon excuse followed by more excuse.

Anyone here selling bandwidth on the Nera DBV RCS systems?

I am setting up a Nera system. And the satfinder when hook up to the LNB only reading 61% percent
no matter what direction I swing the antenna to face. Can anyone here tell me what I am overlooking??

Are they ready to launch this Nera platform?
Or we are gonna get another excuse from them come Thursday. :(
