Hello. I live in Mozambique, and unfortunately we don't have a good ISP.
I want internet to do downloads from u-torrent, or internet at a minimum
speed of 1 Mb/s or to be able to game online with low latency (minimum of
30 ms or 50 ms).
So all I want to know is if there is any satellite internet service that can provide
to me that connection speed. If yes, which service is and ...

I am trying to locate PAS 10 Satellite. I received a 1.2m KU band kit. After playing around with the kit I manage to get a signal strength of 5v (isite) but my provider insists that the signal has to be above 16v at least. I have tried everything but this is as far as I can reach.
