Resumption of service after signal loss.

I would like someone's opinion about the following situation. We have onboard our boat an Idirect 3100 series modem, connected to a Seatel 4003 dish. We've heard that some Providers do this much quicker. Someone also told me that to resolve this problem it should be possible to ...

Lining up on Boat

I have just bought a Maplins Camping Kit Dish etc for occasional use on a boat when stationary. I have figured out how to assemble but would welcome advice on how to line up to a satellite for European TV reception. I have GPS available but cannot see any way to change the angle of elevation on the dish.

Where do I start?  Would welcome any advice. :?:

So I'm looking at satellite internet in the UK, and I'm a bit lost. So far I've figured out that ...
