How can I change User Password of my iDirect 3100

Anyone know offhand about how much it costs for the lowest-end connection with IDirect Technologies? This would be to replace HughesNet satellite for a household with two home offices needing lots of hours online, but no more than 300-400 kbps throughput is fine.

Have heard they are expensive and enterprise-oriented, so if it's something like $1,000/mo., don't want to trouble their sales people, and their site does not say.
