I have just received an X3 Evolution iDirect modem. I have an LNB and 2watt Hughes BUC
and need to install so that I can lock on W3A satellite. I am in Lusaka, Zambia. Is this feasible?

I have seen a few replies on VSAT installations formus. I was wondering if somebody can help us out here. AM REALLY STUCK HERE!! We are located in Lusaka Zambia, and our setups are C-Band, with circular polarizations.

I bought an x3 evolution modem and trying to activate online with my provider. Unfortunately, it is not coming up on my provider's platform.although they login into it remotely, reboots it and do other things in it. i have rx/tx led on solid green state but no NET. Please, i want to know what could be the responsible for no NET.could it possible that there maybe a file(s)/software that my provider needs to upload to ...

I am new in VSAT technology. I have live IDirect Hub connected to the antenna which is pointing to our existing satellite provider. Now, we are thinking to repointing it to other sat internet provider. We need to do repointing and meanwhile we want to keep the IDirect Hub on live condition. Any body who can give the best way to do this ?
