I am helping someone with their Idirect 3000. I use the HX 50 through Bentley walker, he uses ts2 but is switching to bentley walker, and if I am able to line up satellite antenna with W6 and he will be good to go???

Read a little about Isite but am not able to log in. Do I need to go in there and change bio settings???

I am working on an iDirect 3000,on which I loaded the option file on using iSite 7.0 and since then the unit keep rebooting. I manage to get in thru the console with
User name: root
Password: P@55w0rd!

at the prompt # if I type telnet 0, it comes up with a message unable to connect to remote (0.0.0.0). If I type laninfo it comes "-ash:laninfo "not found". If I type options reload it comes ...
