Just installed DW7000 Hughes Direcway modem (2 way Satellite Internet) - works well but can't connect to Office (Cisco based) VPN. Can connect with dial up - DSL at other sites AND my cottage DW6000 Sat modem -ALL using same VPN name/password and SAME laptop? Local tech support boggled and Hughes Directway "servers busy" forever, so I can't even download the DW7000 user guide (not supplied with install).

Any ideas/experience with DW7000 and VPN? Thanks ...

Is the dw 6040 available for purchase in the USA? Can I install it myself? How do I set up phone service with net-2-phone?

I'm upgrading to a two way satellite internet system, and from what I understand, the DW-4000 is the best option. Because you can tweak it. From what I have herdthe DW-6000 you can't, is this ture? What would you guy's think? Go with the 6000 or get parts off e-bay for the 4000?

Does anyone know if I can get a manual for my DW6000 satellite internet system? I just bought it off of a freind and need the manual! Is there somewhere on the net that I can get a pdf file for this or something like that? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.
