It stayed like this for about a minute right after it was supposed to refill then it went back to normal. But in any case, lol?

Well I think this is the third time its happened in the past 2 hours and this time it was down for well over half an hour. Whats going on up there?

Hey guys... haven't really had any problems for over two years, then recently in the last few days I've been getting these 15 to 30 second drops in satellite internet reception. (see the picture).

Anybody know what might be up, and what I can do to fix it? Thanks! Here's a pic to better explain:

I just noticed today while going through my system control center that my PTP SNR was low and there was a red flag next to it. SNR acronym/abbreviation stands for Signal-to-Noise Ratio. However, the CONUS SNR is at normal levels. I have not noticed anything else out of the ordinary and my service is still running fine and haven't noticed it to be any slower. The Past 3 days My Uploading speed has been really horrible! Downloads and Loading of web-pages seem OK... But uploading images/video is pathetically bad - almost like having a dial up again! :(

Also I play World Of Warcraft. Yeah its online game but I had Hughesnet for over 3 months and up till Sunday I had no problems at all...

Anyone Else having same uploading problems?

Hi, all. I just found this site and forum. I was searching 'hughesnet download manager won't download'.
Sometimes it downloads and sometimes it won't. Whether I schedule or download now it won't download. For example, I tried to download a movie (paid for) and I only got 74% and that's as far as it will go.
When I try to download the file will move to the 'in progess' filter and has a yellow arrow ...

My HN9000 Hughes Satellite equipment is for sale. No reasonable offer refused.

We've swapped out several customers from the DW7000's and HN7000S Ku Band systems to the HN9000 Ka Band system, (only at the customers' request and insisting) and several have lost their Skype capabilities, a couple others have lost their magic jack capabilities, and another we just did today can no longer connect to the VPN they were connecting to with their DW7000 prior to the HN9000 installation.
