I have a problem and need all of you to give me an advice.

If the feedhorn LO frequency does not match with the LO frequency in satellite receiver, can satellite receiver receive the signal? How to overcome this problem? Thanks.

How do we setup internet satellite for Laptops on Windows XP. Its already working in my laptop but when I try to hookup my sister's laptop it is not working. I didn't find any difference on configuration settings in both systems. But still she can't browse. Do I need to install additional software or driver or download some files to make it work?

My home is in America (Florida) however I am currently stationed in Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba which limits who can come and do an installation.
