I am looking for a VSAT provider who can provide a VSAT connection at minimum T1+ "up/down link" to Cambodia.
We're starting a new ISP company.

My name is John Ryan and my sister is the Dean of the only English language law school in Cambodia. She is hoping to save money by having sat internet. Any information that anyone can provide would be a big help. The school receives no US governmental assistance  so cost MUST be low. There are a total of about 200 students but  I think that a system that might be able to handle perhaps 10 ...
