Eutelsat NEW Satellite names 01-03-2012

Eutelsat is unifying the names of its satellites with the Eutelsat brand. As of March 1st 2012 the Group’s satellites will all take the Eutelsat name, with the relevant figure for their orbital position and a letter indicating their order of arrival at that position. This logical pattern will enable our user community to immediately identify where a satellite is located and its chronology at the neighbourhood it occupies.

I need the frequency, s/rate and polarization to use to track (point to) Telstar 11n satellite.
It is a new satellite.

Is it possible to use the one frequency to lock both Ku and C-band on the same satellite using a sat finder? For example: using a frequency like 10986 MHz on Ku-band and the same for C-band. I have sat finder I normally used. Now I want lock a C-band on nss7. Can I use the same frequency that I used on Ku-band for this C-band?

I can't see beacon signal level in beacon receiver.

Is there anyone who has any idea about this?

Could you please provide the detailed information about the link stability of installing  links for  W2A satellite in Afghanistan .

Will that links will be stable ... by considering weather problems ... our HUB will be from Germany.

Will W2A links are more stable than NSS 703 and Seasat-2?

Anyone use a cheap jig or homemade jig  to clip on the top of the dish and hold a compass true to the dish point?

When doing Wildblue, its easy to miss the sat by a tiny amount...

Also, aside from having a superbuddy, is there any other way to ID satellites with some extra gizmo?

As for spectrum analyzer, I do have the Satlook Digital NIT but was curious if there were any new analyzers that are being sold.
