Hi and thanks in advance
I am an existing bordernet satellite user, and am trying to connect a new Gilat skyedge modem to my system (my original one finally died). So far the modem powers on, lights up and the screen displays 'vsat information -->' and then doesn't do anything else.
What else do I need to do? The modem is new, but has no instruction book ...
As far as I can see all the cables are hooked up correctly (same as I had for the old modem). Any help would be greatly appreciated
