Looking for an opportunity to be a VSAT volunteer

I am an accredited satellite TV installer but I wish to upgrade to VSAT installation.

If there is a VSAT installer in Africa, especially East, South and Central Africa, who is willing to take me up as a volunteer. I could be an assistant while learning the nuts and bolts of VSAT installation. Anyone out there?
