Looking for hands on experience

With 7 years in networking, I started looking for new challenges and found out about SATCOM, I took the GVF courses and now I am a certified VSAT installer.
So I am looking to assist any one experienced in VSAT who can coach me and I am willing to do it without any salary.
I am located in Montreal Canada for now but willing to travel.
