Internet system in northern B.C.

Hello, Im currently looking into buying a satellite internet system, Im still stuck on to pick KA or KU. I realize that KA is less per month 54.99 CAN and KU is 79.99 a month, however KU equipment is $450 where KA is 600 dollars. I mean seems the obvious choice is KA for the long term.

Now the problem I run into is that when going to buy the KA equipment they can only sell it to a certified installer and if you dont have the certification you must have it set up by one of there tecks. Anyways I plan on moving allot back and forth between camps in northern B.C. so haling a technician with me is not an option.

When I go to buy the KU equipment they say no problem and they will show me how to use it set it up and let me go on my own little way.

If you guys have any suggestions I would be greatly appreciated. Or if you know what it takes to get certified or if there is ways around this. Thank you for your time its much appreciated

Best Regards
