Internet for a small team in Jisr Diyala

I am on a small team stationed in Iraq (Jisr Diyala, Iraq, about 15km south-east of Baghdad). My team and I would like internet. We have both home addresses and APO addresses (both located from the US) that we could have equipment shipped to if you can not deliver locally.

Depending on the price we may split the cost between 4 - 9 people/computers. We want something fast. We not only want to be able to surf the net and email, but download songs, view video streaming, and use web cams.

What are our options and what are the prices for us to set up satellite internet in Iraq for 4-9 computers? What is the monthly cost etc.

I am interested in prices of different speeds, is there a "fair access policy", and is there a limit to what we can download?

Do you have local tech-support is it on the user to self install the system? Is there a service contract and if so what are the terms? Do we need e-dsl, one-way satellite, two-way satellite, vsat, dedicated, etc?

Please tell me everything I need to know if I choose your company. What happens once I choose . . . delivery . . . set-up . . . billing . . . support, etc.
