I am the IT manager of a very large firm, located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. HQ is in Kinshasa, our company has 44 branches spread all over the country, which has an area of about 2.2millions kilometers square. We are currently making a feasibility study for building a network that covers all of our branches, while we're taking internet from a local ISP that will have it cover all our branches. But then again I thought that why not having our own network and our own internet from outside the country.

I thought about having download and upload satellite dishes in each of our branches connected to some ISP abroad (might be in Europe, in the US, or even in Japan) and thus all our branches could connect through VPN and we can get to manage our business and have excellent internet connection at all of them.

What I require is an offer with installation cost for all our branches in DRC, and the monthly fees for providing us with internet, for all the 44 branches (include different prices for different speeds, up and down). If you think that you can provide us with the best offer and in my cost study i will see that it is beneficial for us, we'll be more than glad to do business with that provider. Posting it here I am trying to consult more than one ISP world wide to see who will be providing us the best service at the lowest price.

Our business is so important we cannot afford going down, we need a very reliable connection and a very high quality structure that we could rely on. Kindly, that if your company does not install outside your country, please inform me about the kind of material that we need to have in order to get ourselves connected to satellite internet service.
