We live near Rio Sereno in Western Chiriqui, Panama close to the Costa
Rican Border. We are too low for the usual line-of-sight microwave access, there are
no phone lines or cable out this way, and Wireless air-card services are unavailable
for Cell users.

We are searching for decent cost, decent speed and download amounts, and good service.
