The
iDirect modem and Hughes BUC are not compatible. For an iDirect modem you need a standard BUC. A typical standard BUC is NJT5024. Here is
NJT5024 BUC specification data sheet. For a Hughes BUC you need a Hughes (e.g. HX) modem. LNBs work with both iDirect and
Hughes HX modems.
Regarding the LNB please check its model number. There are several types suitable for different Ku band frequency blocks.
"Ku band" is rather wide, 10.7 - 12.75 GHz, and several different LNBs are needed, each covering a section of the band. Each type has a different local oscillator frequency, used to down-convert the satellite frequency into the L band frequency within the cable to the modem.
11.7-12.2 | LO=10.75 GHz | NJR2744
12.25-12.75 | LO=11.3 GHz | NJR2754
10.95-11.7 | LO=10 GHz | NJR2784

Here you can find out more details of
NJR LNBs.
Ask your new service provider what type LNB is required to work with their service on W3A. The type will depend on their outlink carrier frequency.
Regarding your iDirect modem, where did it come from ? If it has come from a service provider talk to them since the modem may be locked to their network.
