Heavily corroded satellite internet transmitter

I was troubleshooting a system lately, and determined there was a bad transmitter. After replacing it and getting the system operational, I decided to have a look inside the bad transmitter, just for fun. :mrgreen:

Notice that the white stuff is not my misplaced powdered sugar from this morning's waffle breakfast. It is totally corroded out. No wonder it doesn't work!

Anyway, in case anyone was curious what was behind those aluminum fins and all those pesky Torx screws . . . have a look.
