I live in Panama. I recently put in a communications dish at my town. Home I used a company out of the US - AllLinkCommunicatons they had bandwidth prices that were much lower than anyone I looked into. Very professional install. It took about two and a half weeks from time I called to install date. I just emailed them directly through the contact page. Good luck, I hope my advice helps.
