For years, I have enjoyed the speed of cable internet. I am now moving my office to a location where cable and DSL are not available. The nearest tap is only about 50 yds away but they want to charge $4000 to install!

I know nothing about satellite internet service and have a few questions. Thanks in advance!

1) Which provider has the best support?
2) Which is the most reliable?
3) Which service plan/dish size/ provider should I go with to achieve minimal withdrawals from going cold turkey on cable.
4) I do very little uploading. Need to network 4 comps. and about 10 email addresses.
5) I am in Sarasota, FL.
6) How serious of a downgrade will I be taking?
