Is DW6040 available in the USA ?

Is the dw 6040 available for purchase in the USA? Can I install it myself? How do I set up phone service with net-2-phone?

Sorry the DW6040 is not available in the USA currently, hopefully we will see it out by the end of 2007 if all goes well as planned.
