500KHz C-Band Pure Space Segment Is Needed

We need 500KHz C-Band pure space segment on a satellite that coverages Tehran city and total of Kenya country with acceptable EIRP and G/T powers such as IS904, IS901, Is1002 or Arabsat 2B satellites.
